Welcome to OnePlan. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OnePlan mobile application ("App") provided by Fun Using AI ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Description of service

OnePlan is a personal life planner. The App helps you organise people, tasks, schedules, habits, fitness, pets, nutrition, and related activities. Planner data is stored on your device by default. Optional Pro features include expanded calendar views and iCloud sync to your Apple account.

2. Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you sign in, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and payments

OnePlan offers a free tier and paid Pro subscriptions (monthly, annual, and lifetime where available).

• Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
• Prices, trials, and renewal terms are shown in the App before purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Subscriptions

Monthly and annual Pro plans may include a free trial through the App Store. You will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of content you enter in the App. You are responsible for backing up important data (for example via Backup & restore or optional iCloud sync). You must have the right to store any contact or personal information you add.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with the App's operation
• Reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law

6. Health and fitness information

OnePlan may help you log habits, workouts, meals, medications, and health notes. This is for personal organisation only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for health decisions.

7. Intellectual property

The App and its design are owned by Fun Using AI. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Mapping and directions features rely on third-party services and may be inaccurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fun Using AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important information.

10. Termination

We may suspend access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your data at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
